Shipping Policy

Orders will most likely be shipped to your door within 1 to 3 business days. Our policy is that if your coffee shipment does not arrive by the 4th business day, we will pay for your order. This ONLY applies to our roasted coffee and DOES  NOT apply to merchandise or brewing devices. We will ship via USPS priority. All shipping and tax is calculated by us and built into the final price. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to state and federal laws governing the distribution of food products, we cannot accept returns on coffee orders. In cases of damage during shipping, please reach out to us within 7 business days with some photos. We will take care of you. We offer a 14 day return period on merchandise, and unopened / unused brewing devices. If theres any issues, please contact us. We strive to make every customer we can as happy as we can.
